Sally Rader, CPNP-PC

Sally Rader, CPNP-PC, earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 2010 and her Master's in Pediatric Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2016. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Sally spent over five years practicing as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Monroe Carrel Junior Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Upon completion of her Nurse Practitioner program, she served as the primary care provider for the Global Services Department at Children's National. Sally was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and now lives in Washington, DC with her husband. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, Alabama football, and entertaining friends and family. Sally is Board certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Lisa Kelly, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Lisa Kelly, M.D., F.A.A.P. graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Government. She received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH and completed her training at Georgetown University Hospital where she served an additional year as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. Dr. Kelly joined Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates in 2005 and has been recognized as a top pediatrician by the Consumers’ Research Council. Dr. Kelly lives in Washington, DC with her husband, daughter, and dog. She enjoys horseback riding, swimming, skiing and almost any outdoor activity with her family.

Catherine J. Bae, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Catherine J. Bae, M.D., F.A.A.P. earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude), and her Medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric training at Georgetown University Hospital. Prior to medical school, Dr. Bae participated in clinical research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and co-authored several medical publications. She enjoys photography and spending time with her family. Dr. Bae lives in Alexandria with her husband and three children.

Hannah Woodley, P.A.-C

Hannah Woodley, P.A.-C, is board certified through the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistance (AAPA). She has a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University and a Master of Health Science Physician Assistant FROM Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Prior to joining Northern Virginia Pediatrics, she worked as an allergy and internal medicine physician assistant in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Hannah lives in Vienna, Virginia with her husband and two sons, and was raised in Austin, Texas.
