The 2011 – 2012 Influenza vaccine provides protection against the seasonal flu and influenza A/H1N1 (pandemic) influenza. We are currently scheduling flu vaccine appointments. Depending on availability, we should be able to accommodate parents, grandparents and caregivers. However, we can only file with insurance for our patients. All others will be charged a fee of $ 30.00 for Inactivated Influenza Vaccine, $ 35.00 for Preservative Free Inactivated Vaccine and $ 50.00 for Intranasal Influenza Vaccine which is due at the time of service. A generic receipt will be given for payment. Please note, this receipt may or may not be sufficient for insurance filing or flex spending and no further documentation will be given. Please call our office to schedule an appointment.

Currently, both the Live, Intranasal Influenza Vaccine (Preservative Free Nasal Mist) and the Inactivated Influenza Vaccine are available. In addition, we may have Preservative Free Inactivated Influenza Vaccine available supply permits. For additional information on both vaccines, click on the link below:
