Setting up your account is simple and easy. Please read all information below and follow steps below to register;
- From this website, click on Keona Health Icon, or click here
- Once the Health Desk opens, click on “Click here for advice”.
- Register by filling the information under: “New to Health Desk”
Once an account is established, complete your online questionnaire and submit it to us by selecting Medical Advice. (For shot records, click on Medical Advice; Can’t find what you are looking for? Click Here). Your provider and/or nurse will review and either call or email you back with advice or requested information.
Although you do not set up an account for each child, each child needs to be added to your account.
Information sent through and back via Keona is available for 5 days. Please be sure to check your email (including your spam folder) for response. **Emails may also be sent in response for calls phoned in.
While you are able to download and upload forms anytime, questions can only be submitted during regular office hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
